The 50th Class Reunion Yearbook is being published and should be ready to be mailed the second week in November. The Yearbook committee of Chuck and Connie Bower, Marcia Butterbaugh, and Robin Podawiltz worked extremely hard and put in many, many long hours to bring this Reunion Yearbook to completion. They deserve a HUGE, HUGE thank you !!!
Originally, we had intended to put the 50th Yearbook on the blog in the blog roll….but.. the size of it prohibited that. Consequently, it can be accessed thru DropBox. Because of the size, please allow anywhere from two to five minutes for it to load. There are two options to view the Yearbook. One is a lower resolution and should take a little less time to load. However, the picture quality is not as good as the higher version.
For lower resolution, click on http://dl.dropbox.com/u/47049301/1961%20reunion%20yearbook%20lr.pdf
For higher resolution, click on http://dl.dropbox.com/u/47049301/1961%20reunion%20yearbook.pdf
Please be patient !!! It is well worth the wait !!!
Added 10/29/2011 – Since we got locked out of Dropbox, click on http://min.us/murWFkENn . This will take you to Minus web site and you may copy or save the 1961 Yearbook PDF. This takes about three minutes for the higher resolution.
We were lucky enough yesterday to download a high resolution copy of the reunion yearbook before the site shut down. I hope we weren’t the only ones. I have just finished reading it. First of all, thank you for a great job to the yearbook team and indeed to all who helped with the reunion. I had a great time. As I read I am amazed at the many accomplishments, journeys, families, and interests of our class. I feel privileged to have been a part of the class of 1961 and I am grateful to have grown up in Elkhart. I have fond memories of so many of you. Many more good years to all of you and I hope to see you at the next reunion. If any of you get to Oregon, do get in touch. Michele (Mike)
